As a business development manager and contract coordinator, you’ll identify new business opportunities to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow. You will work alongside the business manager to successfully grow the business.

Qualification
A degree in marketing and business studies is preferable.

Certification in hospitality or culinary management is a plus.

Determine requirements for ingredients and set portions.
Schedule staff shifts.
Train and manage wait staff and kitchen personnel.
Oversee food prep and customer service.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
