Our Delivery Policy

Ntriwaa Catering Limited

At Ntriwaa Catering Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality, authentic Ghanaian cuisine with professionalism, attention to detail, and the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. This policy outlines the terms related to food delivery, on-site catering services, dietary considerations, and customer responsibilities.

1. Delivery Services
We offer reliable delivery of freshly prepared meals across London, ensuring that all food is transported under appropriate temperature-controlled conditions to maintain quality and safety.

Key Terms:

Ntriwaa Catering retains responsibility for the safe handling and temperature control of food up to the point of delivery.

Once the order has been received by the customer or an authorised representative, Ntriwaa Catering is no longer liable for any changes in food condition, temperature, or safety.

Delivery Fee: A standard delivery charge of £20 applies to orders below £500.

Free delivery is offered for orders £500 and above within London.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time. Re-delivery may incur additional fees.

2. On-Site Catering Services
For events where Ntriwaa Catering is providing food service on location, we remain fully responsible for:

Food preparation, storage, and presentation

Temperature control and hygiene standards throughout the event

Coordination with venue requirements and health regulations

Free on-site serving is provided for catering orders exceeding £1,500.

3. Dietary Requirements & Allergens
We take dietary restrictions and food allergies seriously. To ensure the safety and satisfaction of all guests:

Customers must notify us of any allergies or specific dietary requirements at least 48 hours before the delivery or event date.

For delivery and collection services, ingredients and allergen information will be clearly labelled where applicable.

For venue services, customers are encouraged to speak directly with a member of our catering staff for assistance or clarification.

While we take all reasonable precautions, please note that our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and other common allergens.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once food has been delivered or service has been completed.

Refund & Cancellation Terms:

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the event or delivery date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any preparation costs already incurred.

No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or after food has been delivered.

All confirmed orders are considered final and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:

Ensuring accurate delivery address and access details are provided

Reviewing the order upon receipt and informing us immediately of any discrepancies

Storing or consuming food promptly after delivery to maintain quality and safety

6. Liability & Force Majeure
Ntriwaa Catering will not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, transportation disruptions, or venue access issues.
