At Ntriwaa Catering Limited, we are committed to providing high-quality Ghanaian cuisine with a focus on food safety and hygiene. We ensure that all food is delivered or served at the appropriate temperature to maintain its quality and safety.
For delivery services, Ntriwaa Catering is responsible for maintaining the correct temperature of the food until it is handed over to the customer. Once the food is in the customer’s possession, we are no longer liable for any changes in temperature. For venue services, Ntriwaa Catering maintains full responsibility for food hygiene and temperature control during the entire event.
Customers must inform Ntriwaa Catering of any allergies or dietary restrictions at least two days before the scheduled delivery or event date to ensure proper accommodation. For delivery or pick-up services, customers are required to check the food labels for ingredient details. For venue services, customers should consult with a member of staff directly regarding any concerns.
Please note that there are no returns or refunds after the delivery of services.
We offer free venue serving for event catering orders over £1500 and free delivery for orders over £500 across London. For orders below £500, a standard delivery charge of £20 applies.
